Elderberry Syrup with Lung Support

TO MAKE: Bring 6-8 cups of cold filtered water to a boil. Add syrup packet, stir for 3 min, turn heat down & simmer for 45-50 min, turn off heat, cover & steep for 1 hour to overnight, strain into container and add honey or maple syrup to taste. Store in fridge up to 4 months.

TAKE: 1 tsp a day to build immunity or 3x a day when sick or cold/flu
